Search Procedures

We offer a full service leading to successfully filling vacancies on the basis of proven procedures:

  • At a personal interview with the client we will discuss their requirements for the position and the candidate's profile.

  • We will prepare a draft advertisement and recommend the most effective media.

  • We will supplement the selection procedure with candidates from our own database or identify other potential candidates directly.

  • We will brief interested candidates on the position and obtain CVs. We will carry out personal interviews with selected candidates.

  • Using a professional selection process, we will shortlist 2 to 3 candidates who most closely meet the specification agreed with our client. We will verify their qualifications to fulfil the role, verify their linguistic ability, etc. If required by the client we can also undertake the testing of candidates, together with a psychological assessment.

  • We will produce a comprehensive written report for our clients to enable them to select a candidate they wish to interview. We can provide an interview venue, make the necessary arrangements for the candidates to attend a full interview, and accompany them on a first occasion to introduce them to the client.

  • If required by the client, we will take up references from previous employers. In the event that the successful candidate's employment is terminated during a period equivalent to twice the statutory minimum probationary period, we undertake to find another candidate without any further fee being charged.
